A Sunday full of self expression, healing & self care. Join us for the full 4 hours or choose one of the workshops individually. All materials will be provided.
The day begins with Mindful Painting (no experience is needed) - The intention of this workshop is to give you a safe space and freedom to explore your inner intuitive world through meditation, relaxation and painting. No previous painting experience is required and there are no expectations or judgement. You'll just need an eagerness to express yourself - your thoughts and feelings - with paint on a canvas in a playful and expressive way under the guidance of professional artist and art teacher Jason Rose.
Followed by a short mini break of tea and snacks and then we will move on to Yin Yoga & Sound Healing, Sound healing works into the deepest cellular layers of your being, whilst yin yoga can connect you to a deeper self awareness to uncover stuck emotions and help the body to release any unnecessary baggage. Everyone is welcome.
