On Sunday 21st January, 16.00-18.00, I am hosting my first 2024 workshop 𝗔 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 & 𝗬𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮at the beautiful upminster Sanctuary. 8 spaces left.

We are mid winter.. and I believe this is the best time to do inner work and get involved into anything and everything that brings more growth, more peace, more joy, more insight, more excitement into your life. By not rushing.. but being intentional. Spring is when we bloom!

I want to make it really special..reflective..but at the same time, create and hold space for you to drop all the to do lists and light up confidence, empowerment, calmness and insight.. there are 10 spaces left as a few people got moved from December to January workshop.
