Join me for an evening of stillness, mindfulness, physical & emotional release, promoting inner calm & peace, for the whole of your being. An evening of Yoga and one of the most powerful ancient breathing meditations called Ananda Mandala, which is very dear to my heart.
We will start with A gentle Yoga practice, where the positions are long held to cultivate stillness, encourage emotional & physical release from the body & mind, as well as prepare the body for the Ananda Mandala meditation to end the evening.
Ananda Mandala is a Kundalini practice, where we go through each chakra (energy centre) and release blockages, fears, hurt and anything else that stops us from moving forwards in life. This is a very powerful breathing meditation to unblock the energy in the body and each experience is different, because just like us..we are constantly changing, moving, growing.
